Tasman Row Boat

Currently under contruction in Carbon fibre, epoxy, foam core. This selfrighting ,‘super’ low-drag tri, complete with its distinctive dolphin bow and whale-tail stern, is a development of Pete Bethune’s world record setting bio-fuel circumnavigator Earthrace and LOMOcean’s top-secret Navy missile boats.

While ocean going rowboats have traditionally struggled into head seas, Danny’s tri has been designed with a wavepiercingbow to minimise pitching and two accommodation pods so he can find relative comfort no matter the prevailing wind and sea conditions.
